1. Delivery options & times

The delivery times indicated below are calculated according to working days (mon-fri) and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the bank transfer paymet option has been selected for your order, bear in mind that your order will not be dispatched until we have received the bank transfer.

The exact cost of delivery is displayed in your shopping cart, before you are asked to pay for the order. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of your order.


  • We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address. 
  • At specific times of year, such as ChristmasNew Year, or bank holidays we are unable to garantee our delivery dates, due to saturation of transport services.
  • Eurobacco reserves the right to modify delivery options & times without previous notification for large-capacity orders (skis, crashpads, etc.) or in special cases.
  • The shipping costs in your order do not include possible extra charges, such as customs taxes and tariffs, which will be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delivery options to Spain:

Consult the following chart for approximate delivery times:

  • Standard 3-5 day delivery

  • Standard 2-3 day delivery. 

  • 24h express delivery. Only for mainland Spain and only applies to working days and to orders placed before 16.00h CET). Not applicable to bank transfer orders.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla:

  • Delivery approx. 8-10 working days.

  • VAT is not charged. However, the customs authorities will levy their corresponding charges. We are unable to calculate these corresponding charges for each order as they depend on the local I.G.C tax and customs tariff duties.

  • 12-15 day items (see Note). It is not possible to choose a specific shipping option for these products. Delivery times are approx. 18-23 working days.

2. Return Policy

Our Customer Service department provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficent service to our customers. 

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 30 calendar days of the delivery date marked on the order. (Offering our customers a greater period than the 14 days stated by Spanish Law in art. 102 & 104, of the R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) and other complementary laws.).*

Simply send back the "unused" product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but Eurobacco pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer. 

It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.


Will not be accepted if they are not in their original wrapping. 

If you wish to return a faulty product, and claim your guarantee, please ensure that the product is clean. Eurobacco will not accept unclean products for guarantee.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order: 


    •  If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.


    •  If you paid for your order by paypal, the amount will be refunded to your paypal account


  •  If you paid for you order C.O.D or by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.

Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.

If you would like to return a product for an exchange or refund, go to My Account and follow the steps to process the return.

Bear in mind that Eurobacco will not accept returns with unpaid postage. Before sending back a product, please contact our Customer Service department.

Special christmas return policy: For purchases made between November 21st and December 22nd 2016, returns will be accepted until January 22nd, 2017.

3. Forms of payment

The forms of payment available for your order will appear automatically, depending on the destination and products in your order.

  • Bank transfer

  • Visa or Master Card

  • Paypal

  • Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) 

Bank transfer

Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to TABALUM  S.L.. in Euros.

Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will be cancelled.

The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer  by e-mail to

Remember that payments should be made in Euros and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commision / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received. 

Visa or MasterCard

We guarantee that every transaction carried out at is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.

In this way the credit card details are not registered in a database and are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.

In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have now updated our web-site to include the latest security measures for on-line commerce developed by Visa and Mastercard. These are known as 3D Secure Code (Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard Secure Code). In this way, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a Visa or Mastercard on our web-site.

If you have not yet received a PIN or password for exclusive use when making on-line payments, we advise you to contact the financial institution who issued your card and request that this service be applied so that you can benefit from secure on-line purchases. This is possible either by contacting your bank or making an on-line request.

Long-standing customers may not be asked to provide the Secure Code, but all customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.

Note: Credit Card fraud is an offence and Eurobacco will take the necessary action against anyone who makes a fraudulant transaction on our on-line store.
